Collection... Next Step???

Here is the issue... After you have done the court thing, and you have received judgment for eviction, damages and unpaid rent.
What is the next step to collect the money?

Thanks to an e-mailer for the start. The most important next step is to docket (record) your judgment for five
dollars. That will ensure that it becomes a part of the public record and will
be found and reported to the credit reporting agencies who will show your
judgment on the tenant's credit report.

Getting your money isn't as easy. You may get your money if the tenant is collectible, that is, if they have good long-term employment and/or substantial
assets. If the tenant is a card-carrying deadbeat, you'll need to see Helen Waite of Anywhere, USA. To collect from a deadbeat, you'll have to go to Helen Waite.
